Dan, a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Dan began his broadcast career in radio in 1985. He was hired by WDBO-AM 580 in 1987 as the original Good Samaritan van driver for . Dan wore many hats while at WDBO. He was a Producer, Music Director and Traffic reporter. Dan also hosted a Saturday night/Sunday morning overnight show. Dan was Bruce Hamilton’s midday show producer. Dan, a former cast member at Walt Disney World, is a Florida native, born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale. Dan moved into TV in 1992, at  WCPX channel 6 (now WKMG) as a meteorologist and reporter. Now Dan is  the morning and noon anchor at WFTS TV in Tampa. He and his wife have three children and live in Carrollwood. They like to spend time out on the lake, at the beach, and at the theme parks.
