Marc Daniels  Biography

Marc Daniels began his career as a broadcaster in 1983 at age 15 as a disc jockey at Piper High school in south Florida. Mike attended the University of Florida and was sports director of campus station WUFT-FM 89.1. He came to Orlando in 1989 where he worked as Program Director and sports-talk host. Marc has been recognized as the “Voice” of sports talk in Orlando. Entering his 14th season as the radio voice for UCF, Daniels has 18 years behind the mic talking sports to Central Florida fans. He played a significant role in creating Orlando’s first all sports radio station and served as the station’s program director for almost a decade. Daniels helped create the radio show “Keeping Score” which featured Mike Bianchi and other Orlando Sentinel sports writers. The successful show ran for four years.

"The Beat Of Sports" with "The Coach" Marc Daniels is returning with Jerry Greene as co-host,  weekdays, beginning July 1, from 9AM-11AM.
