Swap and Sale 7-28-22 RDA Broadcast Holdings, LLC is swapping "Gold FM 99.7" WGMA-FM 99.7 for Central Florida Educational Foundation, Inc's WMYZ-HD3 (with an LMA before closing). Ricardo Arroyo is going to sell the simulcast station WGMW-FM 99.5 to the Central Florida Educational Foundation, Inc's for $400,000 plus an LMA before closing. |
