Sal Tee Is Back      7-18-20
The "king" of Doo Wop has returned to the Central Florida airwaves. Sal Tee has joined "Boss Hogg Radio" on WHNR-AM 1360, WKFL-AM 1170 and WWAB-AM 1330 from 9AM-Noon Mon-Fri.

Doris Ashwell Passes       7-22-20
"Woman's World" host on WKIS-AM 740; Doris Ashwell has passed away at age 93. She had a 1 hour talk show on WKIS-AM 740 daily and a 10 minute daily TV show on WFTV, Channel 9. Doris was a model, fashion coordinator, Wendy Wand Charm School Director, Girl Scout Leader, Den mother for  Cub Scouts, Elementary School PTA President, Charter member of Business & Professional Women, Pink Lady at Holiday Hospital, Beta Sigma Phi, and many other organizations.  In Memory

Movin' On Up      7-24-20
Cox Media Group/Orlando has tapped WPYO-FM 95.3 (Power 95.3)/ORLANDO afternoon and evening personalities and social media influencers Danie B and Kevin Kon are moving to mornings, effective Monday (7/27) as "Danie & Kevin Mornings", weekdays from 6AM-10AM. They are replacing Estee Martin who moved over to new Spanish sister WOEX-FM 96.5 "Exitos" and Nailz who is now doing afternoons at "Power 95.3".

WIXC-AM 1060 has been off most of the time for the last few months. The few times it has been on it relays WPGS-AM 840. The WDBO-AM 580 news talk is on the HD2 channel of WOEX-FM 96.5.
