WPOZ Welcomes Cindy Simmons          1-3-19
Cindy Simmons has joined Christian “Z 88.3” WPOZ-FM 88.3. Cindy has mid-day duties from 10AM-2PM. Simmons is best known for her 12-year run at hot AC “Star 94.1” WSTR-FM Atlanta.

Congratulations To Jamie Dupree       1-3-19
Jamie Dupree is celebrating 30 years with the Cox Media Group and locally on WDBO-FM 96.5. Dupree suffers from a rare neurological disorder called tongue protrusion dystonia, the condition kept him off the air for two years. In June, listeners were re-introduced to Jamie Dupree as his voice is created from his past recordings and paired with text-to-speech programming, allowing "Jamie Dupree 2.0" to get back on the radio.

Foxx Joins "Good Morning Orlando"      1-5-18
Melissa Foxx is joining "Good Morning Orlando" on WFLF-AM/93.1 FM. Melissa will be the call screener and a contributor on the show. She will also host "Connections"  on Thursday nights at 9PM-10PM.

New Sports Program On FM 96.9 The Game      1-30-19
Sports talk WYGM-AM 740/96.9 FM “FM 96.9 The Game” announced the launch of the new “In the Zone with Brandon Kravitz and The Shot Doctor” program to air in afternoon drive beginning on February 11.  The program will star Brandon Kravitz along with “The Shot Doctor” Austin Pistulka who serves as the executive producer.  iHeartMedia RVP of programming for iHeartMedia North Florida Rick Everett says, “We’re extremely excited about the new era of ‘FM 96.9 The Game.’  When you’re looking for the best live sports talk, this is the place to tune in.”  Kravitz says, “For the last several years, I’ve been honing my craft and working towards this goal.  I plan to bring a fresh approach to afternoon drive, while engaging with our interactive audience.  I cannot wait to link back up with The Shot Doctor – we have chemistry from two years of doing afternoon drive together in the past and I look forward to picking up where we left off and taking it to the next level.”
